2010 Round Robin Info Click for More info here -->>
The Round Robin is a way to meet players in a more social setting. The team matches are arranged between captains and are usually hosted by one of the team’s players in their home. The play is competitive but the setting is more relaxed. You have about 6 months to play 5-6 matches; the top 4 teams ad-vance to compete for the title.
Players of all abilities are welcome. In a change from last year, for those teams that are interested, we will be bracketing by masterpoints so that you will play teams of similar ability. We’d love to get a bracket full of our novice and intermediate players in the event. If you prefer a challenge you can enter the open bracket no matter how experienced your team is.
Teams are allowed to have 4 to 6 players; the entry fee is $60 per team. Contact Curt Peterson via email at candapeter-son@comcast.netto sign up. When you sign up, please pro-vide the name of your captain and team members, your cap-tain’s email, your captain’s phone number and the team’s number of masterpoints.
The exact competition format and conditions of contest will depend on the teams entered, and will be emailed to each team captain after entries close. Checks, payable to Seattle Unit 446, should be mailed by April 15 to the following address:
